As a long time Comber resident and volunteer myself, I have had the pleasure of knowing Kimmie Dozois for many years, several of them while on the Comber Agricultural Society Fair board and her hours of volunteering at our local Comber Legion fundraising activities. Her attention to detail and thoroughness when accomplishing a task is truly one of her greatest assets. 3. It is a must for the realtor to have a successful track record in real estate.

4. The realtor has to be friendly, personable, easy to talk to, thorough with details and efficient at their job.

I can personally say that not only does Kimmie excel in all of these points but surpassed my expectations in all of them.

Don’t just click on the website and aimlessly pick one of the pictures of the possible realtor candidates. Go with one that excels in all the above points.
