If you are like myself and have bought and sold real estate in the past you already know what type of realtor to look for. If you haven’t and this is your first opportunity to buy or sell then here is a simple list I go by.
1. The realtor must be very familiar with the type of purchase/sale you are interested in doing. This means they must know the ins and outs or the little details that only a well versed real estate agent would know about your specific situation.
2. The realtor must have an in-depth knowledge with the past, current and foreseeable future market conditions.
3. It is a must for the realtor to have a successful track record in real estate.
4. The realtor has to be friendly, personable, easy to talk to, thorough with details and efficient at their job.
I can personally say that not only does Kimmie excel in all of these points but surpassed my expectations in all of them.
Don’t just click on the website and aimlessly pick one of the pictures of the possible realtor candidates. Go with one that excels in all the above points.
